Where is my data?

Only on your phone. Lunara 1.0 has no account and no cloud.

How do I move my data to a new phone?

On iPhone, a device or iCloud backup restore brings your Lunara data along. On any phone, Settings → Export my data (JSON) saves a copy you control.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Erase current history, or delete the app. Nothing is kept anywhere else.

Why are my predictions off?

Predictions adapt to the cycles you log. Log a few period starts and they get closer to your rhythm. Lunara isn't contraception and predictions are estimates.

Reminders don't arrive

Check that notifications are allowed for Lunara in your phone's system settings, then toggle the reminder off and on in Lunara's Settings.

Importing from Apple Health or Health Connect

Settings → Import periods. Lunara only reads menstrual flow and never writes back. You can revoke access in the Health app or Health Connect.
