These terms apply to the Lunara app published by Singularity Industries. By using Lunara you agree to them. If you downloaded Lunara from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.

Not medical advice

Lunara offers general wellness and lifestyle information. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and must not be used as contraception or to plan or avoid pregnancy. Cycle predictions are estimates. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns.

Your data

Your data is stored on your device and is yours. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or redistribute the app or its content.

Liability

Lunara is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Singularity Industries is not liable for decisions made based on the app's content or predictions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
